I use the finest ruby chocolate, a naturally pink chocolate made from the ruby cocoa bean. It is deliciously smooth and offers hints of fruit, a very unique taste. Ruby chocolate pairs very well with robust coffee flavor, which is how I came up with the name Robust Ruby.
